| Well, what can I say... I am a guy in my mid-thirties, living in Jackson, Kentucky, USA. Married, two kids... I make my living as a self-employed software developer; my company is Dogwood Technologies, LLC. If you would like to know more about my company, and why my wife and I decided to leave the rigors of big-city Atlanta life and move back to the mountains, ConnectKentucky recently wrote an article about me describing just that. Click here to read it.
My spare time usually involves watching Tivo'ed re-runs of The X-Files, Star Trek (TNG) or Twilight Zone; or writing software for whatever personal project I happen to be working on at the time. On summer days, I am usually out riding my Harley Softail Custom or hanging out with my Brothers down at the local Masons Lodge. Being somewhat of a political junkie, I somehow managed to get elected Chairman of the Breathitt County Republican Party. And finally, I enjoy ragchewing on the HAM radio bands on occasion (my call sign is KC4APP).
If you haven't figured it out by now, I am somewhat of a geek. I did buy a mountain bike a couple of years ago as part of a constant effort to make myself get in shape. I also enjoy fishing during the Spring and Summer months.
... and if you really want more, here is the 'official' bio... Mike Bryant is a software entrepreneur who has over 12 years experience in the software industry. He is Chairperson of the Breathitt County Republican Party , sits on the Jackson/Breathitt County Industrial Development Authority and is an active member of Breathitt Lodge #649 F&AM.
