Today was weigh-in day.  I was pretty nervous, not knowing how much I had actually accomplished in one week.  The result: 108!!!  I was shocked, needless to say.

Then I put the scales back into ‘pounds’ mode instead of ‘kilograms’ mode and stepped on again. . .

240.4 pounds.  That’s 8.6 pounds in one week.  I am stoked, though  know every week won’t be as pleasing, this is indeed good news, and a great motivator.

Though I know it isn’t very healthy, my goal is 1,000 calories per day.  If I can stay around 1,000 per day, I’ll be looking good and feeling fine in no time!
